Our natural Angus ground beef is available in a variety of formats including but not limited to frozen, and fresh, bulk and pre-formed patties, as well as beef trimmings and various ground beef lean points.

Primal Cuts

We offer a full line of primal cuts in small box, standard box and combos. Our beef is trimmed to established industry standards as well as unique custom trimmed options. We also require that the most important cuts be allowed to age for 21 days to deliver impeccable beef flavor and tenderness.

Dry-aged Steaks

Our dry-aged steaks are a cut above for quality and taste. We start with purpose cut Meyer Natural Angus bone-in beef and then we let it age for 21 days. We combine the best of european and old world dry aging techniques and incorporate modern proprietary technology that delivers consistently tender beef with unmatched concentrated pure beef flavor.
